Kenney-boy Lay was tucked into the Lincoln bedroom by Bush Sr. Clinton did play golf once with Lay, except that Lay was the partner of Gerald Ford in a challenge against Clinton and Jack Nicklaus. During a photo op on the greens, Clinton was asked about the significance of a Democrat playing with a Republican.
