380 TONS of high-grade EXPLOSIVES missing is not just a headline, it's proof of a HUGE FAILURE by Bushies in the planning of the war, proving exactly what Kerry has been saying since the beginning, that Bush rushed in with wrong-headed ideas, poorly-prepared and has made our country weaker, poorer and less safe as a result. I cant believe the White House is downplaying such a huge issue. That's like saying it doesn't matter if the terrorists have a nuclear bomb.
