No. The jet was blown up over Lockerbie in December, 1988, by Libyan terrorists. The explosives in question disappeared some time between the last UN inspection in 2003 and ?, 15 + years later. Did the Libyan terrorists use a time machine and obtain them from the Iraqi terrorists?

Today's news raises the question that the missing explosives might have been moved right after th UN inspection, by Saddam. That would not only negate you extremist knee-jerkers' and Kerry's entire charge, but reinforces Bush's reasons for removing Saddam. The problems with Kerry's and you leftists' attempts to use "scare tactic" breaking news to discredit the President is that you don't have all the facts while the story is developing, yet make irresponsible, wild, and unsupportable charges.

Very un-presidential of the Skerry man.

Of course, that's Kerry the flip-flopper's modus operandi. He shoots off his big mouth and takes a position prematurely without knowing the facts, then constantly has to correct and update himself, all the while lying that's he's consistent.

He's consistent about one thing: flip-flopping.
