I want the President to explain to me about those explosives. They weren't guarded because: a) they weren't important compared to the oil ministry, b) the U.N. said they were important, so we automatically treated them as unimportant, c) we didn't have enough troops to secure the site (actually a good answer..but a very bad reason, if true). d) I'm waiting for Mr. Rove to get back to me on how this is Clinton's fault,e) hey, did you see our neat ad about the wolves?
