The missing explosive are exactly what you don;t want to have go missing -- the explosive gone missing are likely to be found in the bombs killing our young men and women in Iraq -- and they are the kind of explosives that in the wrong hands would be devastating if used in a terror attack in the US. Incompetence is the right word for it -- it is sickening to hear the excuses.
