Jay's vision confirmed: Dollars go the way of the Dodo

Dollars go the way of the Dodo in Cuba
October 26, 2004

Havana - In a radical move that will change the way business has been done in Cuba over the past decade, the country's communist government announced that starting next month American dollars will no longer be accepted at stores or other businesses.

Ok, it is in Cuba only! :-)

Hi Jay,

My portfolio was getting a bit too oily and trusty so, as I think we discussed, today I added GCE.TO. I may be wrong, but with 40 yrs of coal this could be the next FDG. I also added UTS.TO, the oil sands property which owns 100% of 46,000 acres and 4.7bn barrels of oil. I will probably find out something is wrong with this one tomorrow!!
