Do you really expect that total illiterate to understand a word you said when none of the other illiterates on this thread can? Hell, the guy couldn't even figure out whether you agreed with him or not in your previous reply. Maybe you can get some of the others to explain it to him since they think they can argue with you. After all, they claim they have university degrees, but what they have is entitlement under socialism due to their special disabilities.

Russia is not a good example as 13% flat income tax has been there for many many decades. I don't know exactly how much income taxes make up in a state budget, but I don't think very much. Expensive oil, NG, steel make Russia's budget flush, not the taxes. I heard that business taxes are very high there, but most companies cheat anyway. They prefer to pay workers cash under the table and keep the official salaries low. And when your competitors have lower costs because they cheat on taxes you either close the shop, or cheat yourself.

I understand how Socialism works perfectly. I do not know where you came in about this discussion. But none the less I welcome your banter and hope this ends this off thread topic.
