350 tons of explosives that are so powerful that a single pound can bring down a jet are weapons of mass destruction in my book. We had thousands hunting for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq from day one.

The question I have is simple:

Has anybody in the US government been searching and investigating what happened to these 350 tons that can bring down all commercial jets in the world many times over? Apparently not, cause they didn't meet the narrow definition of WMDs. That is where the monumental incompetence lies.
