The fact is, that Saddam was a despot who responsible for the deaths of roughly 3 million people. Who used the "Oil for Food" Program to bribe companies and individuals, purchase prohibited equipment, build palaces, engage in building projects that turned the marsh areas of Eastern Iraq into desert, all while letting hundreds of thousands of Iraqis starve to death. And the fact is, that the United States was attacked on 9-11, because of: 1. The presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia. 2. The use of U.S. troops in enforcing UN Sanctions against Iraq (and enforcing the "No Fly Zones"). 3. The United States support of Israel.
