LIAR. CLinton had a 24/7 Al Qaida desk run by Richard Clarke which Bush dismantled and did not replace when he came into power. Clarke and Berger stopped the LAX Milennium bombing attack. Bush is the one who ignored terrorism. Completely. Didn't even mention it until after 9-11 when it was too late. Even had the FBI stop investgating Saudi fundraising. Most iumportant, he ignored the 8-6 warning about imminent Al Qaida attacks inside the US using airplanes.
