Only a partisan fool would take any comfort in believing that they are any safer if Saddam had the stash rehid rather than the stash being looted. Since the invasion, the Baathist have started cooperating with the true terrorist, so either way it is very likely the terrorist have knowledge, or will have knowledge of where the explosives are!
