Nice attempt at diversion, but no cigar. I am not disputing that the army has been collecting and destroying ammo; I am objecting to your assertion as fact that "Saddam moved thousands of tons of weapons & explosives" between UN leaving Iraq and its fall. I see - you think he kept thousands of tons in hundreds of secret caches for the last twenty years. Well, you're entitled to your opinion but it still makes no sense. Go read the Army briefing, see what they found.
