Idiot, I am in N. Mexico with the highest immigration than any other state in the Union. We pay our bills. BTW, most of my State is Hispanic, I am a rich minority and the people deserve respect.

Ca has alot of illegal immigrants because we have more jobs for them here.

They come here to work in the fields and as laborers. ALl the contractors use them as cheap labor..........the public subsidizes their wages with various programs.

If Ca didn't do that you would be paying 5 bucks a piece for heads of lettuce..............you should shut up and be happy!!

The other part of it is the structural bias of spending. The Governator has only addressed part of the spending so far. There is a long way to go. Gray Davis caused much harm, and the committed spending incurred by him continues to harm California. The girlymen in Sacramento have tried to thwart any spending restraint.
