I think you need to do a little research. The tax policies promulgated by Kerry are very anti capital formation. Those of Bush are the opposite. If the market were to react to a particular President I would think Bush would do better then Kerry. However, at the moment the market hates uncertainty. Once the election is settled I suspect it will improve for a short while under either. jdn
