I see. You truncate a Cheney remark out of context & assert it is as absurd as the moronic Bush = global warming = more hurricanes. (See the proper quote in context below - It is not remotely close to the hurricane BS unless you are an extremely liberal partisan). IMO, your obvious liberal bias bias &/or lack of knowledge allowed you to fall into a typical left wing mindset - finding boogeymen where none exist.
