<<I am reminded of the story we have all heard of that famous stock investor back in the late 1920's who sold all of his stock when his shoe shine boy tried to give him a stock tip>>

So does this mean Sonny is selling his own house, and moving into an apartment?<G>

Really a chilling story....have I told you lately this will all end badly?

fleck on google

Rounding out the morning action, the day wouldn't be complete without commenting on the speculation surrounding the $50 billion search engine, that being Google (GOOG). Initially it was up a few dollars, before closing down nearly $6. Today was the first time that stock has been red in a little while. Mark my words: $50 billion for a search engine is going to go down as the height of lunacy, just like $40 billion for Internet incubators was in the mania. At the time, that thought about Internet incubators was considered heresy, and I'm sure my laughing at Google's valuation is considered laughable by some. We'll just see if a couple years from now, that stock is not down about 90%.
