This is what Allawi said: "We believe this issue was the outcome of major neglect by some parts of the multinational (forces)," he said without elaborating.

We're supposed to protect their forces that we trained, I guess. It doesn't sound like a recipe for a quick withdrawal.


It does sound like they need a babysitter if the insurgents can fool them by dressing up like policemen.
