You said, "The lie is not determined by an adversary's contextual adaptation" which I took to mean if Bush adapted his responses to beat Kerry in the debate then that lie is off limit.

You 'took' the wrong meaning. I will try to say it in another way. Bush explained how his taxation worked in a way that he considers fair to all. His adversaries (you for example) provide an adapted context for his statements and then determine his statements to be lies. That process does not qualify as eligible under the guidelines I agreed to.

The lie would be qualified if Bush made statements about how people would be effected by the tax program while knowing that his explanation was deceitful. Your context is different than the one he used to explain his program.
