Allawi knows Bush has bungled the war. Yet Bush uses Allawi as a way to attack Kerry. According to Bush, if you criticize him you're attacking the troops and Allawi.

Bush's big lie today "Kerry voted against the troops".

Yuh right, as if the troops were the ones who wanted windfall profits for Halliburton, no accounting of the money and the whole 87 billion to be pure debt.
