Brushwud, Right, now we need Props. 101-199 to allocate the remaining 99% of incomes over $1 million to worthy objects we'd like others to pay for.

At a certain point, we will have soaked the rich enough to make them want to move out of sunny California. Are we there yet? Maybe, maybe not, but if you are looking for "free money," you better step in line right behind Prop. 63. After all, it's a "limited time offer."
