**A weak command of English...its more than getting tongue twisted......he is often grammatically incorrect and interchanges words that are phonetically correct but have mean different things. Not a big sign of intelligence.

I think there have been grammatical issues, but I disagree -- they *DO* come across more as though he gets tongue-tied at times. He obviously knows good grammar, and in situations where he is not under pressure, for example, in his recent interviews with O'Reilly and Hannity, there was no evidence of grammatical issues whatsoever.

**He does not have a very agile mind........can not handle impromptu press conferences. Often gets confused when the subject is complicated.

Could you provide even one example of Bush being "confused" when the subject is complicated? Didn't think so.

**Has a fairly rigid approach to things......lacks flexibility. He appears unable to change course as new data comes in. Not a typical hallmark of intelligence.

Could you provide evidence that a "fairly rigid approach to things" is ANYTHING other than having the guts to stick to a hard decision?

**Most of the projects/policies he's implemented while in office appear mostly ideologically based with little real input from genuine scientific and/or professional sources, or with any real forethought on his part.

Examples. Besides the war?

You are FOS. Totally. Your commentary here does not even warrant a reply.
