I'd like to think that every possible camera on every bird and all SIGINT resources in the entire region were aimed on Iraq like Princess Dianna in a mob of paparazzi.

Materials secured one day; war starts a few days later -- it only seems reasonable that every resource was trained on the country; you should not have been able to take a leak outside without ego deflating measurements being made in real-time from hundreds of miles up.

But whatever... the real question is why were these materials not a higher priority? And who has them now? And what are they planning on doing with them...
