Waves would say that staying in this channel is a very small probability. Russell seems to be saying something similar that it is amazing how long it has actually lasted.
In wave terms this is probably either the start of a 1 of (5) up or it is a iv of 3 of (3) down. It is the 9977 that will tell the tale as to which it is. If 9977 goes the more bullish count is on. If 9700 breaks then watch out.
