So many elderly people live in Florida. One of our cancer friends lives near Ft. Pierce and she is dealing with heavy mold right now. Thankfully, she has a daughter that won't let her go back to live there right now as her health is really bad and is trying to get the mold cleaned out by professionals as her Mom really wants to go home. Don't blame her as when you are ill and close to things you need, home is always where the heart is.

Other friends in Melbourne, Sarasota and Port St. Lucie we have not heard from because their electricity has not been restored.
We had a number of Florida people come to Houston and some had a hard time finding rooms. We have a lot of conventions and ball games at this time too. Some of the churches set up shelters for them so no one would be turned away.
