The most offensive thing to me Buckey, if the charges are true, is that PM's were used to dupe people out of their money. Sure, I know that everyone is their own keeper, but this is supposed to be the premier site for discussion on the internet, a site where people can learn and share. Part of learning and sharing is to help others avoid such pitfalls. To have it used as described here by a few, and then to delete discussion on the subject, soils the reputation greatly IMO.

To be clear, I have read a few of TLC's posts but have never communicated with him. I hope the charges are unfounded, but discussion should be allowed. I would have no problem with the thread header being a bit less aggressive, but so far, what I have seen looks quite factual. TLC can speak up in his own defense, as others already have, but to stifle discussion is not an acceptable alternative to me. If all of the allegations are true, irregardless the motive, people should be made aware.

If the allegations are false, there is a legal process available.

My two cents,

Cheers,
