I have an AP story that debunks the U.N. allegations.
The U.N. claims the theft was after April 9, 2003, but we had the 3rd ID there a week before that...inspecting the bunkers.

>>The loss, according to the Iraqi official quoted in the letter, Mohammed Abbas, occurred "after [April 9] 2003, throughout the theft and looting of the governmental installations, due to lack of security."<<

3rd ID inspecting the bunkers on Friday april 04, 2003.

The Iraqis had a month to remove the explosives after the 101 left, and before anyone else showed up to look for WMDs. They could have removed it in a wheelbarrow, pound by pound.
