There's an important distinction between catering to the religious individual versus catering to the religious fanatic. The Republican Party has lost sight of this distinction so have unfortunately mobilized a lot of religious fanatics that are filled with harm and hate. The Republican Party basically stuck their hands in a beehive by letting themselves get unduly influenced by a handful of religious fanatics. There needs to be separation of government and religion. There's a risk from religious fanatics ALL PURE BS...but nice try
