Bill a few questions... When you received the settlement money and the insurance money, why didn't you make an effort to pay back some or all of the monies sent by individuals to your legal defence fund? Did you pay back any money to any person who sent monies to your legal defence fund? Did any of the money from the settlement or the insurance money find its way into your pocket or the pocket of any of the other defendents? Did you send a letter of thanks to any or all of those who contributed to your defence fund? How much money did you raise from your solicitations here on S.I. for your legal defence fund? Finally, do you have a link to the thread which references the case I am referring to. thanks in advance etc.

It's been suggested that a timeline be established. 03/22/00 I invest $30,000 in Market Spirit. 03/29/00 Email informs me of new trading trainee, next 30 days will be spent on teaching. 05/28/00 I get Kingsgate stock email, unsolicited. I participate, and get back 90% of my $500 investment. 07/28/00 I get secret trading strategy book emailed, unsolicited. 08/19/00 Email informs me that trading partner lost all money in both accounts in 2 trades. 02/23/01 Email informs me that in September the trading partner lost $500k in 4 trades. Though trading strategy sold for $50k, no payment was received. I am asked for a loan, or a purchase of a painting, or the trading book, or a referral. 06/19/02 Last contact of which I have record.
