etc. , Slow down and think about this a minute:

Michal didn't get back 90% of his money. You have a receipt saying he did? You're certainly asserting he did. No, you have TLC's word saying he did. Michal doesn't have his money.

But... *I'm* beginning to annoy you? I'm twisting the truth? Why does Michal not having his money, make you annoyed with me? I don't have anything to do with it. That's the conversation between you and Michal. Why are you bothering me with this? Show me some logical step-by-step why Michal's money makes you annoyed with ... *me*.

Michal Daniel did get back 90% of his money on one of the TLC ventures he complained about.

I checked my files. I indeed did get back 90% of the $500 I put into the stock deal. For the record, I didn't "complain" about the stock deal. I simply posted the emails I got about it, then proceeded to discuss the matter with you.

On the larger amount of $30,000, there were genuine attempts made by TLC to get Daniel his money back.

The last communication I have from the fowl is dated 06/19/02 and deals with mentalmutt.com, whatever that was. Not a word for ages before that about any effort to produce what was promissed, or to refund. Zero contacts since then, unless I am mistaken and am missing some emails. Doubt it. So much for "genuine attempts to get Daniel his money back," as far as I can tell.
