Questions of the evening from a thought-provoking lurker: 1. did you have any prior involvement or knowledge of Michal's 419 investment that was brought to him by TLC? 2. do you see any SEC regulation violations with the presentation of the stock/warrant opportunity that TLC brought to Michal? now, the stock warrant deal that was for what $500? and only 10% of that could be used and the rest held in trust? That means they only used $50. That buys what? a couple of reams of paper and some double AA batteries?
