The schoolteachers I know try to remain impolitic. They have a structural bias towards Democrats, and it shows, but they believe they are not biased. Many union members believe that their bosses are doing what they think is best for the members. Others know this to be false, but do not believe that their voice for change is enough to bring change. Those who claim to be in their corner are victimizing many union members. Hey, I just realized how much this resembles the Democrat Party as a whole. Doesn't this resemble how they pay lip service to the minorities every four years?
