There are plenty of people who dont hate bush who are voting for kerry. Watch the sympathy thing. Bush bashing by the media (CBS) and Kerry is taking on a nasty tone and those reagan democrats who were going to vote for kerry on eco and war grounds may swing back to bush as one of their own because he is unfairly being savaged from oil prices to flu shots, from iraq massacres by al quaeda to two year old news about a weapons theft. Guy who scores last wins and kerry has the ball and is in the lead. Watch for a turnover. 6 days to go and personally i think this kerry run is peaking now/tomorrow and the reagan dem sympathy vote starts coming into play. IF kerry wants to prevent that he should get off vietnam(g) and talk positive about other issues. And just as bush should fire rummy, cbs should fire rather. They could open up a bar together in DC named "I'd rather be a rummy" mike

It seems to me that neocons and the jihadists are nearly identical. Both believe in being a source of good for the world and the other side to be evil reincarnate. Both believe in use of force to further their agenda. Both are unsatisfied to be within their own public and feel the whole world must be molded to their vision. Both have religious zeal. Both believe the end justifies the means. Both have with-us-or-against-us mentality. Both could not care less about what "outsiders" may think of them. Both have strong faith in their cause and are fairly honest in describing their ideology. Other than some "cultural" stances, can you point out the differences between the two?

What is your rationale for the war in the middle east? Do you believe that the middle east has attacked our nation?
