Sidney, Don't know, and don't care. Just care about how they work which was available for viewing a year ago, with all of the safe guards indicated. The chips, in the plastic cards, are put in a locked box, which is guarded at each of the polling places. Then the boxes are transported, by secure vehicles, to the Supervisor of Elections, where they are locked in a vault until the time for tallying comes around next Tuesday evening. Then as the votes are counted electronically, with no information going out into cyber space, with members of both of the major parties in attendance, to prevent any tampering. I hear that the members from the parties, will be attorneys, which does cause bit of concern.
