Inefective is what they truly need to learn. I run the loop around our city at 50mph in a 45. It is a 3 lane loop. I watch people lane hop up to a personal record of 88 times around that loop. Speed, run red lights, in general be an accident looking for a place to happen. We get to the far edge of town and without fail I am 3/4 cars in front or behind these fools. They've gone nowhere and done nothing but stress themselves and everyone around them out.

Dave, with all due respect, California drivers don't hold a candle to Nevada drivers. In Nevada, unspeakable things are done with motor vehicles, and pedestrians (human and other) have been duly and quietly placed on the endangered species list. - Holly
