You seem to forget that the Israelis bulldoze the homes of suicide bombers regardless of the families guilt or innocence in the attack. Saddam's rebuilding their homes is supporting terrorism in the same way that the US is supporting terrorism by extending financial aid to the Palistinian Authority to rebuild infrastructure damaged in Palistinian/Israeli fighting. We won't even get into The US repeated warnings to Israel not to expell or kill Arafat, a known terrorist and corrupt leader id there ever was one.
