I consider this to be one of the greatest failures of the Clinton administration. If only he had responded by invading and occupying Norway, the 9/11 attack may have been prevented.

Clinton did what he and his admin thought best at the time. Now that may not have been the perfect thing to do but I trust he was acting in what he believed was our best interests. The same holds true for Bush. To expect perfection from human beings is not logical. Clinton wasn't perfect nor is Bush. Looking back wont change a thing. A forward view is the only way to change tomorrow and IMO I believe our best option is Bush
