And, of course, because of restrictions on birth control technologies ('morning after pill, etc.) In many, many countries (Europe, Japan, etc.) where education and birth control are not so restricted or fought-over, their rates of abortion are FAR lower then ours... in some places, the rates are HALF ours, or even lower.
