I'm not an oil expert, but that is an interesting table. My point, however, was that in the most recent past (say 5 years), Iraq was never supplying a good portion of the market. However, oil prices (at least to me) appeared to rise on any "uncertainty" in Iraq.

While I do buy the argument that demand is increasing perhaps that table is one of the reasons why big oil companies are not investing their excess cash in E&P activities.
