Ted, Its out today......Cal Fullerton is predicting a 10-20% correction next year. Thanks, Ted. I just saw it a few hours after replying. Guess I'll have to stomach a roller-coaster ride in real estate the same way I stomached roller-coaster rides on, say, RMBS. OK, maybe not that extreme, but compared to what the rate of change normally is in real estate, the forecast is pretty significant. As for your former roommate, his/her numbers sound suspect....does he/she live in Portland? Hillsboro. I don't feel like giving out exact numbers here, save to say that the median price of a home in OC is $575,000. Paying about $287,000 for a comparable home in Hillsboro sounds about right. Tenchusatsu
