One of the problems we have in Fla. is while the state can set the guide lines, which they do, each district has its own election supervisors and THEY can set the local rules. Really sucks IMHO the NATION should have ONE SET of rules for ALL VOTING PRECINCTS with some leeway as to type of machines (rural areas wouldnt need the fancy stuff we have in the cities). I guess it has to be localized due to local elections. jdn
