Bush has the worst economic performance in 72 years.
2 trillion in new debt, 1.6 million lost jobs, 2.67 million lost manufacturing jobs, million lost health care, three million more into poverty, dollar 35% weaker, huge spikes in energy and health care costs, much more insecurity except for the wealthy - all under Bush

I would say Greenspan has helped by keeping interest rates ultra low which has helped the housing market (and also gotten Americasns more deeply in debt than ever) but Bush has only succeeded in transfering a lot of wealth from the middleclass to the rich, who do not return the favor.
