Actually Walmart has been quitely raising prices a lot. Check out tissue paper, detergent, etc.

You are overstating your case. Even using the bogus understated govt numbers, and doing the familiar trick of excluding petro, we can see non-petro import prices are up 2.9% yoy.

Further, a 1.75% FF is still highly stimulative, even using these bogus "excluding" low numbers.
