I guess I took the statement to say the local DA did not think the death penalty was warranted and the AG stepped in to say do it anyhow. I guess I would have a problem with him overriding people that are there working the case from start to finish. Do keep in mind though I have a sheetmetal shop and know little of how these things work. I am a hunter and animal owner though so I do understand bad seeds and rabid animals. There is only one way to deal with them, end them and their blood lines.
