Didn't you say you had an econ degree from UCB? Shouldn't you know about FNM? It must be that your job title, real estate consultant, doesn't require knowledge of mortgage creation. It must be that you have a disability to have been passed through. It must be that you got your parents to pull strings to get you around the academic requirements.

You have a lot myths and you don't know their basis. You do claim to have a degree from UC Berkeley, but so does that other illiterate, the guy with the soc degree. Myths and degrees go together well as long as they entitle you to rip off the public, and according to the claims you've made on this board, you're quite adept at doing that.
