I have read every message on this board. The only poster who offers any concrete facts is etc. I reprint his previous post which seems to offer fairly good evidence of Taste's like Chicken's state of mind concerning your $30,000. It would appear to me and any other rational person reading the following e-mail excerpt that Taste's Like Chicken was working on trying to get you your money back.

The following is an excerpt from an e-mail TLC sent me on March 26, 2003. At the time we were discussing the financing and business structure of a new entity intended to hold the various websites TLC had developed.

Another factor: Michal Daniel owns 25% of Market Spirit. He paid 30 grand for it. I want to work out a way to give him back twice that. I do NOT want him to have to wait until some stock he gets is worth 60 grand. I would prefer to just buy him out for 30 grand cash and some restricted stock that might be worth 30 grand in two years or whatever. Doesn’t require any restructuring of ownership or anything, does not require some sort of penalty to me or xxx or anyone else, right? Just raise the dough and pay Michal. I also owe about 8 other people about ten grand, about a grand each. Bill U from SI, V K, Augie Doggie , the Company owes them all a grand or more. These are people that invested in Market Spirit before it was a small part of the bigger deal.
