The basics of chaos theory is easily understood with

- a ball, swinging back and forth from a wire (three balls, if three major institutions)
- hitting a solid surface every now and then, somewhat randomly

That is no suitable object for any traditional beliefs about two-party systems and elections, not even about ballots.

Nor serious gerrymandering.

However, "the two-party-system has blessed and served USA well", because without the proper gerrymandering, how could the 1960s have been handled??
