The Arrogance of the "War Hero"
Exactly right on! If Kerry is going to put the kind of "War Hero" image out to the forefront to brow beat Bush, he better be able to back it up. Sorry to say it's not a "Army of one" in any combat situation, it's the people that serve with and around you.
Kerry's problem is he lied, and it's a fact. Why would any idiot persist in perpetuating a lie, when so many of his "brothers" that were with him then, say "John is not telling the truth, and is not fit to be our commander in chief"? Come on John! I served, and I admit "I'm no Hero", just another veteran that did my job best I could. I was a stupid kid and suppose acted like it to others I served with on more than one occasion that would be confirmed by my "band of brothers" I served with at that time. But hey pal, I'm not running for President either. I'm proud to have served, but that was a lifetime ago. What have you done lately is more the question.

Swift Vets are indeed an honorable group with no need to bash anyone deserving of praise. I just don't think Kerry deserves to "blow his horn on the War hero issue", after the Band has spoken. The American people need to hear the truth on this. Kerry showed his brothers what he thought of them when he came home and dishonored them all!

Sincerely,

Dave Masak
