SC is even worse now. 1 small beach lot was put up for $1.4 mil. Qualified buyers were invited to a 'bid party'! Back 3rd or 4th row-- 5 blocks or so and there are still a few deals able to be made. One has to stay away from banks and realtors as nothing eats profits faster. Work-- I do not permit that 4 letter word to cross my lips. This is 'play'. It gives me something to do besides fish, boat, walk, and take in bikini season (more fun than baseball season).
