res- those explosives were "safe" and under lock and key and monitored until Bush started the war.

Simply incredible how you come to these black and white conclusions.

A recent report today in the Washington Times indicates the weapons were moved to Syria before the war began. Secondly, having those weapons in the hands of a mass murderer like Saddam Hussein is about the farthest thing from being "safe" and you can get.

Explain your "safe" definition to the Kurds who were chemically killed by the thousands. Explain your "safe" to the Iranians who died on the battlefield under clouds of poison. Explain your "safe" to the Kuwait's who were murdered, raped and tortured when Saddam and his henchmen invaded their country. Explain your "safe" to the hundreds of thousands of people laying in mass graves, which have been uncovered in Iraq, some, women and children who were blindfolded and shot at point-blank range with a bullet to the head. Or, maybe you could explain "safe" to the victims of Saddam's rape rooms, his torture chambers and his prison hellholes.

The American military has apprehended tons of weapons, which would be in the hands of Hussein and the Bathists had we not taken action.

The world is allot better off without Hussein in power. The Middle East is allot better off without Hussein in power. And America is allot better of without Hussein in power. Just because you didn't see a murder being conducted in Iraq on the nightly news before we took out his regime, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Hidden behind fascist walls of tyranny, Saddam Hussein controlled 25 million people through fear, intimation, murder and rape.

Or, perhaps you believe Dan Rather’s interview with Saddam a few weeks before our military action that he had 100% of the vote.

Today, 95% of Iraq is peaceful and the people are working to improve their future lives for their children. Schools are being re-opened, hospitals are being brought back to life, and businesses are opening by the thousands. Their future may be difficult for a few more years, but Rome wasn't built overnight.

Come re-visit Iraq 10 years from now and we'll be allot closer to seeing a Germany emerging from the ashes of dictatorial insanity, then we will of seeing torture perpetuated on a grand scale.

Keep drinking the cool-aid talking points of the Democrat party machinery if you must. But, your "big story" designed to elect John Hanoi Kerry won't fly come next Tuesday.

The military overseas vote will see to that, no matter how many lawyers Hanoi John is willing to pay for. LOL
