Ann Coulter, Ann Coulter... She lies through her teeth. She is the most unreliable source of information one could provide. A sense of humor but a heart of stone and an imagination that will invent just about anything to make a good story that is all slanted to the Republican Right Wing. The story about the cab driver is the best. Now all women have to do is invent a story like that when they ride in a cab and think of how wealthy they will become. She is described aptly in the book Liars and That Tell Them.

Kerry will get at least 80% of the black vote. Conservatives, mostly conservative Democrats, were on the wrong side of the civil rights movement, So, for as long as blacks alive in the 1960's are around, it will be held against whichever party is most conservative. Bush is likely to increase his 9% of the black vote in 2000 by 50 - 100%. It is an undeniable fact the Bush administration has more high level blacks officials - Powell, Rice, Paige - than any administration in US history. And none of them are tokens or political hacks - each of them are strong independent minded people who coincidentally happen to be black. Some people notice that. I notice it and I like it, both as an American and one with a multi-racial background myself. If you look at it in an historical context, it's actually pretty amazing.
